Jason Kincaid is the Owner/Operator of Orangetheory Stittsville/Kanata. Jason has a history of elite level triathlon with over 30 years in the sport. Jason now coaches at our studios and also oversees the amazing trainers we have at our sites. Jason has an incredible passion for fitness and will help you reach your own fitness goals whether elite level athlete or new into the gym.

I was born in the Democratic Republic of Congo and I moved go Canada when I was 10 years old. I was introduced to sports when I was 12 and haven’t looked back since. Being a multi-sport athlete, I ran track and played football in high school and all through college.
 
I am a certified PT with CanFIT PRO. I am a strength training coach for athletes at various competitive stages for multiple sports. I have been a trainer at Orangetheory Fitness South Keys since April 2016, and I started my position here at Stittsville, as Head Trainer, January 2nd 2017.

I enjoy educating audiences that may not understand the many benefits exercise and healthy lifestyles can bring. I love simplifying complicated fitness/nutrition topics in a way that everyone can understand and apply to their daily lives.
 
If you have any questions, after your workout, feel free to ask! When you take Nick's classes, you can expect to dance sing and burn a lot of calories. Come join for a class and let’s KEEP BURNING

Andrew has been in the fitness industry as both a personal trainer and fitness instructor. He has a background in competitive rowing, but also enjoys tossing a frisbee around, cross-country skiing, and cycling. In a less physical capacity, he loves a good cup of coffee and science-fiction. Andrew is well-loved by the members for his great jokes in the morning, his dry sense of humour and always providing great support to try one's best!
 
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn to enjoy a healthy body that can throw frisbees, ski, and bicycle.

Cheesy, refried-beany nachos piled on top of more nachos...

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
